The midterm will become available Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 11:45 AM (EDT) on Crowdmark. Its availability closes Friday, March 19, 2021 2021 at 11:45 AM (EDT). No submissions will be accepted after it closes.
Before you start the midterm, complete the Midterm Academic Integrity Declaration.
This link will become active Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 11:45 AM EDT. Submit to MarkUs, where we can check that it is signed properly (use your alphanumeric Quest username, not your 8-digit Student ID number).
Once you begin on Crowdmark, you must complete and submit your work within 4 hours or by the time the midterm closes, whichever is first. You can begin working on the assessment at any time but no later than Friday, March 19, 2021 at 7:45 AM (EDT) to get the full 4 hours.
Coverage: From Module 01 to the end of Module 10.
Format: Questions about course material. Most questions will not require a computer, only understanding. There will be little tracing or writing of code.
Allowed Aids: The midterm assessment is to be worked on individually and must be your own work. However, Racket help-desk and all course materials (e.g. slides, notes and previous assignments) may be used as references. No other aids are allowed.
Discussion board (Ed): Do not create public posts during the midterm period. If you think there is an error in a question, use a private post to ask the instructors.
Office Hours: There will be no office hours for the duration of the exam. Any questions must be asked through private posts.
