  • Demo using installed software. Do not demo from IntelliJ.

Sprint 2 kickoff

• What to prioritize?
  • Anything that you didn’t finish in Sprint 1.
  • Blocking issues - things that need to be done first (think in terms of dependencies between features).
  • Suggestion: focus on the persistance layer, so that you can save application data and application settings.
• Take meeting minutes! Record any decisions that you and your team make. Make sure to record attendance.
