The read-only columns on the Work in Progress window show all steps that are in the following states: Scheduled, Populating, Retrying, Canceling, Canceled, Purging, Successful, Warning, and Failed.
Shows the step name for the step edition.
Shows the step type for the step edition: DB2 programs, DB2 OLAP Server programs, File programs, SQL, Statistical transformers, User-defined programs, and Warehouse transformers.
Shows the name of the process in which the step is located.
Shows the status of a step edition, both as an icon and in text form. Each step has one of the following states:

Indicates that the step is scheduled to run at the specified time. |

Indicates that the step completed successfully. |

Failed |
Indicates that the step failed during processing. The Data Warehouse Center restarts processing based on the Retry Count and Retry Interval set in the Step notebook for the step. When the Data Warehouse Center restarts the step, it replaces the Failed icon and text with the Populating icon and text. |

Warning |
Indicates that the step completed with a warning message. |

Canceled |
Indicates that the step was canceled by the user. |
|
Populating |
Indicates that the step is running. |
|
Canceling |
Indicates that the step is in the process of being canceled. |

Purging |
Indicates that the step is in the process of being purged. |
|
Retrying |
Indicates that the step is rerunning. |
Shows the step edition of the step within the Data Warehouse Center.
Shows the date and time when the edition is scheduled to process. If the edition has completed processing, this column displays the time the edition was initially scheduled to process.
Shows the date and time when the edition completed processing or was canceled. If the edition is processing, this column displays In Progress. If the edition is scheduled, this column displays the not-applicable symbol - -.
This column displays the name of the source database from which the Data Warehouse Center extracts the data for the step.
This column displays the type of the source database from which the Data Warehouse Center extracts the data for the step, for example, DB2 Universal Database or Oracle.
Shows the name of the warehouse target that contains the target database.
Shows the name of the target database that contains the step data.
Shows the type of the target database that contains the step data.
Shows the name of the agent site selected for the step.
Shows the number of times that the step edition was restarted.
The Data Warehouse Center automatically attempts to restart a failed edition the number of times specified in the Step notebook.
In the Work in Progress window, a restarted step edition looks like any other processing edition.
