Appealing your midterm exam marking: If there is a significant problem with marking of your midterm exam, you may request that it be reappraised. To do so, print this reappraisal form, fill it out, staple it to the exam in question and hand them in to the instructor by Tuesday June 30th. The entire exam will be re-evaluated and your grade will be adjusted accordingly.
