The GP environment mandates a particular
header-file style, which every member of the team must employ.
Use of this style will result in man page documentation
for all sections of the code, but it does not mandate any style
for code or
commenting for the implementation code itself.
Each team is to fix its own uniform style and submit a statement
of that style with the code itself.
All code prepared by team members must be commented and all code
and comments from a team must be in the team's uniform style.
