This document begins with an estimate of the times required
to implement and to test all fundamental units of the system.
The units correspond to tasks and milestones
on the way to delivering the system.
It follows with a plan, including task network,
time line chart, resource allocation
table as produced by Microsoft Project,
that organizes what will be accomplished, when, and by whom.
This document should also pay attention to the priorities of
tasks and entities established in the Testing Plan so that, if schedules slip,
rational fallback positions can be assumed that will result
in a successful partial fulfillment of the project.
