personal maturity, and organizational and communication skills.
You will be expected to work cooperatively with the other people in your team:
able to manage them where necessary, be managed by them where necessary,
and reliably handling your share of all responsibilities set by the team
to achieve commonly chosen goals.
This should NOT be the first 400-level course you take.
