Objectives

  The objectives to be achieved in the maintenance phase are succinct:

1. a fair, professional, mature commentary is given for the system maintained
2. the maintenance goals are achieved (or a convincing case is presented why they cannot be)
3. the sequence of items mentioned above are presented completely and concisely
4. the modified system works as required from a cold start (if modification was possible)
