The above image is printed on the T-shirt for the spring term 2002. That term Korea and Japan hosted the 2002 Soccer World Cup. At night, when the TV stations were broadcasting live matches, the students taking CS488/688 were busy programming the the assignments and, therefore, they missed most of the exciting games. The scene on the T-shirt is meant to compensate the lost opportunity to witness the exciting action.
