Use the Work in Progress window to purge one or more steps from the Work in Progress window. Only steps that have a status of Successful, Failed, Warning, or Canceled can be purged.
To purge steps from the Work in Progress window:
Select the steps to purge.
Right-click and select Purge. A confirmation window opens.
Click OK on the confirmation window. The status of the step changes to Purging. The entry for the step is removed from the Work in Progress window when the Data Warehouse Center server has successfully purged the data. If the purge fails, an error message is displayed and the status of each step whose purge failed returns to what it was before the purge was requested.
