Dismissal

If your efforts are not satisfactory to the rest of your team, your team members have the right to dismiss you. Such a dismissal will take place in two stages. Firstly, your team members must collectively inform you, in writing, of the nature of their dissatisfaction and provide a copy of their complaints to the Instructor. If you are not able to correct the cause of your team members' dissatisfaction within one week, your team members will inform the Instructor collectively, in writing, that you are no longer a member of the team. If you have been dismissed from a team, you will be required to fulfill some portion of the remaining work for the term by yourself, and the team will be given a reduced set of goals to achieve. However, a team must not take dismissal lightly, as it may reflect badly on a team's management grade. Chapter 3 has more words on this subject.
