You will work in teams.
Each team may simulate, at various times,
a complete company or a department within a larger
company.
Each individual may act, at various times,
as an employee or as a manager.
A significant percentage of your grade will
depend on the performance of your team.
As in real life, the individual employee/manager suffers if
the company goes bankrupt;
and companies with competent,
productive, cooperative employees/managers
tend to go bankrupt less frequently.
It is important that you avoid difficulties as much as possible
in advance and that you pay attention to the health
of your team as the term progresses.
