During the course of the term, the team will accomplish
its work by delegating portions of it to each member.
Once work is delegated, each member has
responsibilities:

to provide the interfaces agreed upon,
-
implement the internals with methods of
good quality in code of the style agreed upon,
-
provide documentation,
-
provide adequate testing structure,
-
meet the deadlines established.
The member also has the right
to be free of ``micro-management,'' able
to make her/his own decision on the
finer details of how the task is accomplished
without unnecessary interference by others in the team.
