Technical Memo and Team Contract
Due Wednesday September 29, by 4:30 P.M.

Write a 1-page technical memorandum addressed to me, Prof. Atlee, outlining your team's and subteam's respective plans for completing the LegoTracker robot project - the software project, not the design report.  In particular, the memorandum should state how your team has decided to decompose the design project into subproblems, how the subproblems have been allocated to the team's three subteams, and how your subteam has allocated work to individual subteam members.

The memorandum must be one page, one sided, and follow the format shown on page 62 of your IPE textbook, as shown below.  Memos that are longer than one page will not be accepted.  Your memo will be marked on its adherence to the memorandum format, its coverage of the assignment's topic, its professional tone and content (e.g., the memo should start with an introductory sentence that explains the purpose of the memo), and its grammar.

Attached to the memo should be a signed Team Contract.

Memo and contract are due by Wednesday September 29, 4:30 P.M.  Place them in the box marked SE101, which is located immediately outside the door of the WEEF lab.

The form of a typical memorandum is:
