The marking scheme is divided in three sections. |
|
Midterm Evaluation | Non-technical questions evaluated by your superior only. Week of February 21st |
Peer Evaluation | Technical and non-technical questions evaluated by everyone on your team (usually 4-5 people). Week of March 21st. If there are no subordinates, the the 10 marks are distributed evenly to Superior and Colleagues. |
Progress Tracking | Marked by HR on accuracy of content, and on-time delivery. Your VP's will soon post the schedule for the updates. They will vary for every team. |
Team Deliverables / Success | Marked mostly after the project is finished, but some components will be marked throughout the term. Most components will be marked by the VP's or by the vice-president/president, but some components may be marked by HR or by Norm. |
Organization Deliverables | These three components will be marked by Norm after the final product is submitted. HR will not specify any breakdown smaller than what is on the marking scheme. |
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please contact the VP's of Human Resources, or your president/vice-president, or Norm.
