Grading

The grading scheme for CS 487 in Winter 2023 is as follows:

• assignments: 35%
• midterm exam: 25%
• final exam: 40%

Completion of CS 687 will involve completing a project on a topic related to the course content.  Possible topics will be discussed as the course progresses.

The grading scheme for CS 687 in Winter 2023 is as follows:

• assignments: 30%
• midterm exam: 20%
• final exam: 30%
• project: 20%

Students must pass the exam component of the course in order to pass the course itself.
