Textbooks

There is no required textbook for CS 145.

Much of the material we cover is supported by the CS 135 textbook, "How To Design Programs" (HtDP), by Felleisen, Findler, Flatt, and Krishnamurthi, which is available online as well as at the UW Bookstore. In reading this book, you can safely ignore sections which use the draw.ss teachpack; this is obsolete, replaced by image.ss and universe.ss.
